Kevin Monroe has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Kinesiology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Kevin’s also been an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer and business owner since 1998, former U.S. Marine, a High School Health Teacher, Manager of a Health Club, and a Nutrition and Prevention Specialist.
Kevin is a full-time personal trainer for Monroe Real Training LLC. He loves to be innovative in fitness helping people reach their fullest potential. His fitness programs are safe and efficient utilizing the exercise equipment people have and bringing Lifeline Fitness products for their at-home, at the office, virtual, and outdoor workouts.
Kevin is also a guest speaker for the Kinesiology department at the University of Wisconsin-Madison each semester.
