According to AARP there are five stages of readiness for physical activity. What stage are you in?

Stage 1 – Pre-contemplation: At this stage a person is not ready to change.

Stage 2 – Contemplation: A person is thinking about changing within the next six months.

Stage 3 – Preparation: A person is making plans to change in the next month.

Stage 4 – Action: Making changes now, but have been for less than six months.

Stage 5 – Maintenance: A person has been physically active for six months or more.
