Q: What if I do not have any fitness equipment?
A: No equipment… no problem! We can bring equipment to you and recommend the best equipment based on your needs and budget. We also sell high-quality, affordable, functional fitness equipment through LifelineUSA and Modern Movement.
Q: What days of the week do you work, and what hours?
A: We train individuals or small groups during the week, and Saturdays. We are available for personal fitness training in early mornings, afternoons, and evenings. Please send us an e-mail, or give us a call to schedule an appointment.
Q: Do you have any policies I should know about?
A: Yes, please be prepared to work out on time and without any interruptions (unless it is an emergency) during the training session. Also, please call 24 hours in advance if you need to re-schedule, or you will be charged for the session.
Q: Can I meet or talk to you before committing to a training program?
A: Yes, feel free to call or schedule a time to meet us in person to discuss your goals.
Q: When I hire you, what can I expect from your personal fitness training?
A: We will initially discuss your goals. Then we will make a fun and efficient program based on your restrictions, limitations, what has worked for you in the past, and what has not. After you start your new program, we will continue to adjust the program, so you see and feel results. We will also educate you during the process because we hope you can go on your own after you achieve your goal!
Q: Is there any paperwork that I need to fill out before we get started?
A: Yes, there is some initial paperwork before your personal fitness training starts. You can print and complete the Exercise & Health History Form and Informed Consent Waiver from our Getting Started page. Once these are filled out, contact us to schedule your first appointment.
